摘要
网络负效应已成为严重的全球问题。本文拟在道德层面上就网络负效应的表现及其后果进行分析 ,旨在说明要抑制网络的负效应 ,必须对网络进行“以人为目的”的道德观照和伦理解释 ,在更高层次上实现利益与道德、技术与伦理的协调统一 。
The negative effect of computer network has become a serious global concern.This paper analyses its manifestation and outcome in the moral aspect.It is demonstrated from the analysis that in order to control such effect,we should make an moral analysis of the net with“taking man as the aim” so that the interests and morality,technology and ethics could be integrated at a higher level,and the anomie in the guidance of human value and performance of network could possibly be corrected.
