摘要
提出了一种同时考虑双解选择与机床非依赖旋转轴行程极限的后置处理方法,该方法能够选择合理的首行刀位解和最短行程解,从而有效地避免了因选解不当造成的碰撞和超程的问题,基于该方法开发的后置处理软件模块,成功应用于燃油机叶轮的加工中。
A post-processing method is proposed which simultaneously considers dual solution determination and the motion limit of the independent rotating axe of the five-axis machine.Appropriate initial configuration and minimal rotation distance solution can be obtained,so that collisions and violation of motion limits are avoided.A software module is developed based on the proposed method and is successfully implemented in machining of oil machine blades.
