摘要
针对某型前卡式液压千斤顶支承套零件结构存在的问题,提出了"合三为一"的整体化设计思想,从5个方面对支承套零件进行了结构优化设计,并应用UGNX8.0软件中"设计仿真"模块,对优化后的支承套零件进行了仿真受力分析,确保该零件满足工作要求,最后介绍了经过优化后的千斤顶所带来的使用效益。
To Aim at the structure issue of supporting sleeve part,which is assembled at the front lock type of hydraulic jack,the paper puts forward a design integration theory and describes optimization design process for the part structure from five aspects.in order to ensure the upgraded part achieving working requirement,the paper also explains how to apply design simulation module of UGNX8.0 that is a CAD/CAM software,to test load bearing condition of the part,and introduces the benefits due to optimization design in the end.
