基于Pro/E和ANSYS的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Involute Gear Based on Pro/E and ANSYS

通过三维建模软件Pro/E构建渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的实体模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对齿根弯曲应力进行了分析,得到了齿根弯曲应力分布图,并与理论分析结果进行了比较,结果表明:通过建立合适的边界条件,ANSYS可准确完成有限元分析。

The model of involutes spur gear was built with Pro/E software in this paper.Then the bending stress at the tooth root was analyzed with finite element analysis software ANSYS.The contour distribution of bending stress was obtained and compared with the theoretic results.The result showed that through establishing reasonable model and setting reasonable boundary conditions,ANSYS software can accomplish the numerical simulation accurately.
