摘要
通过两个案例介绍了防错技术在汽车焊接夹具中的应用,并经过实际生产使用证实其可靠、有效。介绍了采用接近传感器探测防错系统和采用行程开关防错系统的结构、工作原理以及安装和维护的注意事项。
This paper through two cases introduces the error proofing technology in the application of automobile welding fixture,and after the actual production use confirmed its reliability and effective.Also introduced the structure of using proximity sensor detection error proofing system and overtravel-limit switch error proofing system、working principle、installation and maintenance considerations.
