摘要
目的 :了解血小板第 4因子对60 Co 射线照射后小鼠体内造血的作用。方法 :实验鼠用PF4注射两次 ,间隔 6h ,第 2次注射后 2 0h给予 7.5Gy的60 Co 射线一次性全身照射 ,第 8天时检查粒 巨噬系集落形成单位 (CFU GM)及细胞周期的变化 ;第30天时检查小鼠的存活率。结果 :PF4注射 8d后能明显增加CFU GM及骨髓单个核细胞的数量 ;30d后实验鼠的存活率及存活期亦见增加。结论 :PF4能延长小鼠的生存时间 ,增加小鼠的存活率 ,加速体内CFU GM的恢复。
Objective:[WT5BZ]TO study the effects of platelet factor 4(PF4) on hematopoietic progenitors in mice treated with 60 Co ray.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]The mice were injected with PF4 twice at 6 h intervals,and 20 h after the second injection,they were given one irradiation of 7.5 Gy 60 Co ray.The number of CFU GM and mononuclear cell of bone marrow and cell cycle were examined 8 days later.The survival condition during 30 days was observed.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Administration of PF4 resulted in a significant increase in the numbers of CFU GM and mononuclear cell of bone marrow on day 8th when it was compared with 60 Co alone,and morever,survival rate and survival days also rised 30 days later.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]PF4 could prolong the life,increase survival rate and accelerate proliferation of CFU GM.
