国外劳资关系理论研究综述

学界对劳资关系的研究从古典经济学就已经开始，随着经济的发展变化，劳资关系复杂多变，时而趋紧时而缓和，成为理论界研究关注的重点，国外在这方面的研究已经比较系统和全面，本文就国外的劳资关系的研究成果作一个系统的归纳和综述。

Studies on the relation between capital and labor are beginning with classical economics. The relation between capital and labor become complex and changeable with economic developing. It is sometimes tense, sometimes ease. The academics focus on it for a long time. the researches in this field abroad have been systematical and comprehensive. In this work I make a summary and review systematically on the researches between capital and labor.
