高粱DNA导入“豫麦66”引起后代变异及SSR分析

摘要 将高粱"抗5"DNA通过花粉管通道法导入小麦品种"豫麦66",其后代在株高、蜡质层、芒型、穗型、旗叶、成熟期等几个方面发生大量变异.通过对变异后代系统选择得到多个稳定的变异种质系,对D66-6、D66-1两个种质系的SSR分子标记检测,引物xgwm148、xgwm614、xgwm295、xgwm328、xgwm257检测出了较丰富的多态性DNA片段. There are many aberrance in plant height,waxiness,awn,ear type,flag leave,maturation by importing broomcorn DNA of "Kang5" into wheat "Yumai66" through the pollen-tube pathway.We have own many unaltered germplasm line by subsequent continuous selection in the variational descendants;Detect the DNA of D66-6 and D66-1 using SSR markers,There are many differential fragments have been found by prime xgwm148,xgwm614, xgwm295,xgwm328,xgwm257.
