摘要
以牡丹早花品种‘凤丹白’、中花品种‘洛阳红’和晚花品种‘玉楼点翠’为试验材料,研究其开花及衰老过程中叶片和花瓣的蛋白质和脯氨酸含量变化规律.结果表明:在整个开花过程中,3种牡丹叶片蛋白质含量基本稳定,而脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势;3个品种花瓣中蛋白质含量呈整体下降趋势,且脯氨酸含量整体也呈下降趋势.说明在牡丹开花和衰老的过程中,叶片和花瓣中蛋白质和脯氨酸含量发生一定的变化.
Using early flower cultivar 'Fengdanbai',middle flower cuhivar 'Luoyanghong' and later flower cuhivar 'Yuloudiancui' as test materials,the protein and proline content change rule was studied during the blossom and senescence of petals and leaves.The results showed that in the whole process of blossom,the protein contents of these three kinds of tree peony petals were stable,but proline content rose in the flowering stage;the content of protein in these tree peonies' petals dropped in the whole stages,and the proline showed the same phenomenon.This showed that,in the flowering and senescence process of tree peony,some changes of protein and proline content took place in tree peonies' leaves and petals.
