The paper, based on McGregor＇s ＂theory X and Y＂, aims to study its implications in college students management in China. It reveals the significant point that a variety of management theories can be applied in universities that integrate the human nature hypothesis and college students＇ psychological properties, in an attempt to benefit their individualistic development into today＇s talents.
