532例异位妊娠临床研究

Clinical Study of Ectopic Pregnancy in 532 Paticnts

目的 研究异位妊娠发生率及探讨某上升的原因。方法 对５３２例异位姓娠的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 异位妊娠发生率逐年上升，尤其在近十年来上升迅速，１９８９～１９８８年增长５．６５倍；近十年来行人工流产、剖宫产及使用宫内节育器者也有所增加。结论 异位姓娠发生率的上升与人工流产、剖宫产的增加有关，而与使用宫内节育器无关。

Objective:To study the incidence and the rising cause on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data in 532 patients with ectopic pregnancy was carried out.Results:the rate of occurrence of ectopic pregnancy was rising year by year,particularly rapid in recent 10 years.There was a 5 65 fold increasing 1989～1998 in compare with 1984～1988 However,of late 10 years,Women who had done an artificial abortion,caesarean section and had an IUD were also increasing.Conclusion:The rising of the incidence of ectopic pregnancy had relation to the increasing of an artificial abortion and caesarean section,but no related with IUD users.
