微粒化非诺贝特治疗老年人高脂血症疗效观察

Treatment Efficacy of Micronized Fenofibrate in Elderly Patients with Hyperlipidemia

本文用自身比较观察非诺贝特２００ｍｇ每晚１次，持续６周治疗老年人高脂血症的疗效和耐受性。４２例均为男性，年龄６０～８３岁，其中属高脂血症Ⅳ型３２例，Ⅱｂ型１０例。治疗６周后，Ⅳ型和Ⅱｂ型患者血清甘油三脂分别降低５１％和４１％（Ｐ〈０．０１）。Ⅱｂ型患者血清总胆固醇降低１８％（Ｐ〈０．０１），Ⅳ型患者无降低。两组患者服药６周后高密度脂蛋白均有明显升高（Ｐ〈０．０１），载脂蛋白Ｂ均有不同程度下降（Ｐ〈

Efficacy of micronized fenofibrate were evaluated in 42 hyperlipidemic old patients,who underwent treatment of 200 MG.micronized fenofibrate every night for 6 weeks.The patients are male in 60 83 years old.The types of the hyperlipidemia were type Ⅳ in 32 cases,Ⅱb in 10 cases.After 6 week treatment,the TG of the patients with Ⅱb and Ⅳ was decreased 51% and 41%(P<0 01 respectively:Tc of the patients with type Ⅱb was decreased 18%(P<0 01),and type Ⅳ was not decreased.ApoB of the patients with type Ⅱb and Ⅳ were decreased and HDL were increased(P<0 05 and P<0 01 obviously)No serious side effects were observed.The results suggested that micronized fenofibrate should be first suitable for elderly patients with type Ⅱb and Ⅳ hyperlipidemia.
