临床护理路径在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用及效果

Application of clinical nursing path to the patients with severe acute pancreatitis and its effect

目的:探讨临床护理路径在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法:将61例急诊科患者按入院时间随机分为实验组31例和对照组30例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组按临床护理路径进行护理。比较两组患者的平均住院时间、平均住院费用及满意度情况。结果:实验组患者平均住院时间、平均住院费用及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在SAP患者护理中应用临床路径可缩短住院日、减少住院费用、提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application approach and clinical effect of clinical nursing path in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis （ SAP}. Methods： 61 patients who received treatment in the emergency department were randomly divided into an experimental group （ n = 31 ） and a control group （ n = 30 ） according to the admission time. Routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the clinical nursing path was applied in the experimental group. The average hospitalization days and Cost and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results ： The average hospitalization days and cost were shorter and less and the patient＇s satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical nursing path applied to the patients with SAP can shorten the hospitalization days, reduce hospitalization cost and improve the patients satisfaction, it is worthy of being applied clinically.
