摘要
雷诺嗪是一种抗心绞痛药物,在生物医学领域中具有重要意义。本文主要介绍了雷诺嗪的合成工艺和一些工艺上的优化,并对这些优化的步骤进行了综述。
Ranolazine is an anti-angina drug. It has strong interest in the biomedical field. The paper describes the mainly technology of synthesis of ranolazine and to optimize the technology. The optimization of these steps was also reviewed.
