摘要
针对垃圾渗滤液中的氨氮对后续生物处理的严重抑制问题,利用渗滤液废水作为研究对象,采用吹脱法对氨氮进行前期去除。本研究主要通过实验研究生石灰施加量、吹脱时间和气液比对氨氮吹脱效率的影响,确定最佳生石灰投加量。结果表明,生石灰投加量在12.37g/L时,pH值达到11.5;并在吹脱过程中保持气液比为125倍和9h的吹脱时间作为最佳操作条件。
In view of severe suppression problem caused by ammonia nitrogen for subsequent biological treatment of landfill leachate, using the leachate wastewater as the object of study, the method of air stripping was taken to remove ammonia-nitrogen ahead. The effects of the amount of lime applied, stripping time and the gas-liquid ratio on the efficiency of ammonia stripping were investigated to determine the optimum dosage of lime. The results showed that pH value reached 11.5 when lime dosage was 12.37 g/L, the gas-liquid ratio and stripping time were 125 times and 9 hours, respectively, in the process of stripping, the air stripping efficiency of ammonia achieved its best effect.
