低碳经济的发展与就业问题是当今社会关注的两大热点问题,低碳经济的发展促进了产业结构的调整,进而影响到就业结构并对就业产生重要的影响,同时就业反过来影响到产业结构的变化,在一定程度上促进低碳经济的发展,两者相互影响相互促进,大学生作为就业的特殊群体与低碳经济发展互动关系表现更为显著,国家应积极通过政策支持、技术创新、产业升级、人才培养、环境营造、建立机制等措施促进两者的协同发展和良性互动,以便更好的推动社会经济又好又快发展,有效解决大学生就业问题,促进社会和人的全面、协调和可持续发展。

The development of low-carbon economy and college students＇ employment are two hot issues which have attracted great coneem of the society. The development of low-carbon economy promotes the adjustment of industrial structure, which then greatly affects the structure of employment. At the same time, the employment situation in tum affects the change of industrial structure, which promotes the development of low-carbon economy in some ways. Therefore, the development of low-carbon economy and employment can promote and influence each other. College students are a special group in the employment. There is a remarkable correlation between the development of low carbon and college students＇ employment. Our nation should take measures, such as new policies, technology innovation, industry upgrade, personnel training, environmental creation and mechanism establishing, to promote and coordinated the development of both mentioned parts. By this way, we can promote sound and rapid development of the social economy, solve the issue of college students＇ employment as well as promote the all-round, coordinated and sustainable progress of the society and human.
