摘要
当前国家关于高校毕业生就业见习制度虽然在一定程度上暂缓了就业压力,但由于其立法层次较低、毕业生与用人单位之间的法律关系认识模糊等原因,使得这一制度并不能从根源上解决就业中的显性与隐性问题。文中拟对就业见习制度中存在的相关法律问题进行探讨和梳理,以期为国家加大相关立法做添砖加瓦之功。
The system of employment of college graduates apprentice although assay the pressure of employment in a certain extent, however, in case of its law legislative level, fuzzy understanding between graduates and unit of choose and employ persons of the legal relationship and other reasons, this system can't solve the employment problem from the root .This paper tries to discuss and comb the system of apprentice employment and related legal issues, in order to do some work for strengthen related legislation in our country.
