摘要
为完成某市嘉龙机械制造有限公司委托开发数控落地镗铣床的项目,从根本上提高TX6916落地镗铣床的动态性能和市场竞争力,采用有限元法对TX6916落地式镗铣床立柱进行模态分析,得到了立柱的振动特性(固有频率和主振型)。在不改变立柱主体结构的基础上对立柱进行拓扑优化设计,以立柱的体积为约束,立柱的第一阶自振频率为目标函数。在降低立柱筋板质量的条件下,提高了立柱的第一阶固有频率。为立柱的进一步优化提供了基础。
In order to complete the designing of milling boring machine project for one city JiaLong machine manufacture company and improve the dynamic characteristics and competitiveness of the TX6916 CNC milling boring machine, Using the finite element method do the modal analysis of TX6916 CNC Milling-Boring Machine column.We get the vibration characteristics of the column (natural frequency and vibration mode ).make the topology optimization of column ribs on the basis of no changing the main struc- ture of column, making the volume of column Constraints, nattral frequency the objective function.not only reducing weight, but also improve the first order natural frequency of the column.provided a basis for further optimization of column.
