摘要
针对目前拉丝润滑装置结构复杂,制造成本高,润滑效果不理想等问题,设计了一种新型滚压式拉丝润滑装置。该滚压式拉丝润滑装置包括润滑油箱和设置在润滑油箱内的拉丝模压块、拉丝模以及两个以上的滚压辊,所述的润滑油箱内具有箱体隔板,拉丝模压块安装在箱体隔板上,润滑油箱一侧的端面挡板与拉丝模连接,且拉丝模压块顶在拉丝模上。设计具有结构合理、紧凑,能增加金属丝表面的油膜,提高拉丝质量,提高拉丝模使用寿命的特点。
Specific to the complex structures, high manufacturing costs, bad lubrication of the existing lubrication device,a new rolling-drawing lubrication device is designed,which covers oil tank and lock block of wartle set inside the lubricating tank,wortle as well as two more rollers.A clapboard is available inside the lubricating tank ,on which the lock block is mounted so that the end baffle on one side of the tank is connected with the wortle ,which lock block press against the wortle.This design is characterized with its reasortable structure ,compact,which can increase the oil film of wire surface and improve drawing quality as well as improve service life of wortle.
