摘要
在分析传统动力学模型的基础上,通过将平移-扭转振动模型应用于兆瓦级风力机的传动系统,从而建立起针对该型号风力发电机行星传动系统的动力学数学模型。考虑系统的激励分析后,建立系统的动力学方程。再结合自由振动运算方程,对系统进行模态分析。利用MATLAB软件计算功能,求解出该风力机传动系统的固有频率以及相对应的模态矢量。通过比较分析,证明了运用该模型对风力发电机行星系统分析计算的准确性。同时证实了平移—扭转振动模型在行星系统中的可利用性,并且为以后的风力发电机传动系统进行动力学分析奠定基础。
On the basis of the analyzing the traditional dynamics model,a dynamic mathematic model of a planetary transmission system in the typed wind generator was set up via applying the translation-turn vibration model to the megawatt electric wind generators.Then,the kinetic equation of the system was set up as the background of the incentive analysis.After then,the model analysis was done combined with the op- eration equation of free vibration. Using the calculate function of the MATLAB software ,the natural frequen- cy and the corresponding modal vector of the planetary transmission system were solved. Via the contrasting and the analysis ,the veracity of this analysis of the planetary transmission system was proved. Meanwhile, the practical applicability of the translation-turn vibration model in planetary transmission system could be proved,which would lay the foundation for the kinetics analysis on the wind generator planetary transmis- sion system in future.
