摘要
臂架系统是混凝土泵车的重要组成部分之一,臂架系统工作的稳定性对整个混凝土泵车的工作性能以及施工人员的安全起到至关重要的作用。通过Pro/E建立臂架机构三维模型,利用Pro/E与ADAMS的专用接口软件MECH/Pro对臂架机构模型添加运动副并转换成ADAMS的模型文件,将其导入ADAMS中,在ADAMS中建立液压油缸运动速度函数并进行仿真模拟,得到臂架转角曲线,液压油缸行程曲线和液压油缸作用力—时间历程图,通过分析,找出了油缸振动的原因,并提出了减小振动的方法,仿真结果对混凝土泵车臂架系统设计有一定的指导意义。
The arm system is one of the most important parts of the concrete pump,which stability plays an important role in performance of the concrete pump and the safety of the construction workers. Then a 3D model for the arm system was built by Pro/E,added with constraint driver and changed to ADAMS file through MECH/PRO which is special software for the transforming from Pro/E to ADAMS.Af- terwards the model was imported into ADAMS. With the building of the functions of the velocity of the cylin- der in ADAMS and simulation, some diagrams were obtained,such as turn-angle curve fpr the arm, stroke curve for the cylinder as well as cylinder force amd time process.Through the analysis,the vibration cause of the cylinder was found and the way to reduce the vibration was proposed.The result of the simulation is helpfulfor the design of the arm system of the concrete pump.
