“双人飞天”游艺机主臂设计校核的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前游艺机设计校核多采用以材料力学为基础的传统计算方式,工作繁琐且任务量大。采用有限元软件ANSYS对"双人飞天"游艺机主臂承载的整体强度进行了设计复核,并与传统计算进行比较,得出两者结果基本吻合,且可精确显示局部应力的产生部位。由此阐明有限元软件用于大型游艺机构件设计复核的可行性,也验证了有限元分析是使大型游乐设施的构件设计复核更精准、高效的途径,为大型游艺机构件设计的改进和优化提供了依据。 At present, the design verification of amusement machine adopts traditional calculation based on mechanics of materials in most cases, which is tendious with a large amount of work.Therefore in- tegral strength of the "Pair-flying" amusement machine's main arm is designed and checked by ANSYS, which results are compared with the traditional computing and the two results are coincident.Meanwhile the position local stress occurs is showed accurately. Thus it verified the feasibility of applying the finite element sofeware to design checking of amusement machine's components as well as that the finite element analysis is a more accurate and efficient way for design checking of the large recreation facilities.These can provide references for improving and optimizing the large recreation facilities "components design.
