摘要
通过工艺革新、技术革新、科学管理革新等方法,对啤酒生产各环节进行资源化、效率化的分析,结合废酵母、废污泥资源化利用,说明工艺革新对节能减排的重要作用。通过低纯度CO2提纯回收、麦汁低压煮沸、液氨直冷等技术的运用,实现了技术革新及节能减排。以热能系统科学化管理为例,阐述了科学管理对啤酒生产节能减排的作用。
In technological innovation,scientific management methods,analysis of beer production each link,take the recycling of wasteyeast and waste sludgeas examples to illustrate the process of innovation on the important energy-saving emission reduction work,through the low purity CO 2 purification recovery,low pressure boiling-wort,liquid ammonia direct cooling technology application technology to reduce energy consumption in the role;thermal system of scientific management for example elaborates the scientific management to reduce energy consumption of beer production.
