摘要
ROIP(Radio Over Internet Protocol)是将无线电(Radio)信号所承载的语音信号通过IP网进行传输的一种技术,对提高公共服务部门工作效率和应急指挥能力有着重要的意义。本文以32位的ARM核心为硬件平台,选用了Linux内核为软件平台,采用了先进的VOIP技术,将语音流压缩打包成适合IP网络传输的RTP包,由此将远端的电台信号实时的发送到网络终端。通过网络的连接进行大规模、跨地域组网,现已广泛应用于消防、公安等多个领域。
RolP ( Radio Over Internet Protocol ) is a kind of technology which send the voice signal carried on radio signal by IP net. to improve work efficiency and Public Service Department of emergency command ability to has important significance. This paper use ARM920t core which is 32 byte as the hardware platform and the linux kernel as a software platform, adopt the advanced VOIP technology, packaged into compressed voice streams for IP network transmission of RTP packets. It can be connecting for large-scale and crossing regional through the network, It has applied in fire, public security and so many fields.
