摘要
本文介绍了一种基于USB接口的电解质分析仪,设计了硬件电路,并编写了相应的上位机软件。本仪器使用EZ-USB控制器CY7C68013A作为主控芯片,A/D转换电路采用16位模数转换芯片AD7715。传感器采集到的数据经过模数转换后,通过USB接口输入到计算机中,使数据的处理、显示和存储更加简单。上位机程序使用VC++编写,并采用多线程技术使数据处理与用户控制界面互不干扰。本仪器具有精度高,速度快,可移植性强,支持热插拔等特点。
A electrolyte analyzer based on the interface of USB is described in this paper.Both hardware and software are designed.This instrument use a kind of EZ-USB contoUer named CY7C68013A as the host contoUer.The A/D conversion circuit use a 16 bits ADC of AD7715 as the core.After the analog-to-digital conversion,the collected data is tansfomxed to computer by the interface of USB.It makes the data easier to be processed,displayed and storaged. The PC program is written by VC＋＋,and uses the multithread technology to avoid the mutual interference between data processing and user interface .This instrument has many advantages such as high precision,high speed,strong portability and supporting hot plug.
