对当前社会应急管理问题的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Emergency Management in China

进入21世纪以来,随着国际形势的变化,国内各种危害公共安全的事件频发,严重影响社会稳定。因而,应急管理成为党和政府工作的重中之重。本文就建立和完善应急预警会商机制、应急快速反应机制、应急信息共享机制、应急求援联动机制、应急国际协调机制、应急评估问责机制等几个方面做出了一些思考,以期有益于我国经济社会的发展。

Since 21centuary,security incidents often happen in China with the development of international atmosphere,which has a great influence on social stability.Therefore,emergency management becomes very important to our Party and government.In order to favor Chinese economics and society,in this article,I give some advice on establishing and perfecting early warning and conference mechanism,emergency and rapid reaction mechanism,emergency and information-sharing mechanism,emergency and helping linkage mechanism,emergency and international coordination mechanism,emergency and evaluation accountability mechanism and so on.
