Efficient Sedimentation/MBBR/Filter for Treatment of Metallurgical Comprehensive Wastewater

承钢公司综合废水处理厂二期工程采用调节池/MultifloTrio高效斜管沉淀池/MBBR池/TGV高速砂滤池工艺处理全厂综合废水,为去除溶解性COD和BOD5,首次在冶金综合废水的处理中使用MBBR工艺。实际运行表明,出水水质达到了设计标准,并回用作生产补水和双膜法脱盐处理用水。

In the second-phase project of WWTP of Chengde Steel Corporation, the combined process of equalization tank, Multiflo Trio efficient lamella settler, MBBR and TGV filter was used to treat the comprehensive wastewater. For removing SCOD and BOD5 , MBBR was used firstly in the treat- ment of metallurgical comprehensive wastewater. The practical operation showed that the effluent met the design requirement and could be reused as make-up water for production and treatment water for double membrane desalination.
