摘要
针对传统污水处理过程存在的自动化程度低、运行操作复杂、人工投入较大、效率低等问题,武汉市落步嘴污水处理厂的自控系统采用ControlLogix系列PLC系统。介绍了该系统的构建、控制方式及性能特点,实践证明该系统具有可靠性高、操作灵活、经济实用等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of low automation degree, complex operation, large manpower and low efficiency of the conventional wastewater treatment processes, ControlLogix series PLC sys- tem is used in Wuhan Luobuzui WWTP as the automation system. The construction, control and perform- ance characteristics of the system are introduced. The practice shows that the system has the advantages of high reliability, flexible operation, economy and practicability, and it has a good application prospect.
