摘要
建立了一种灵敏度高、操作简便的分析方法,采用(1+1)王水作为消解试剂水浴消解样品,以冷原子吸收法测定城市污水处理厂污泥中的总汞。在优化的试验条件下,该方法检出限为0.003 9 mg/kg,线性范围为0~10.0μg/L,加标回收率在91.9%~104.2%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差<4%。在测定标准参考样品及污泥实际样品时均取得满意结果。该方法具有操作简单、快速、重现性好等特点,可满足环境监测行业对污泥样品总汞浓度的日常测定要求。
A highly sensitive and simple method was developed for the determination of total mer- cury in municipal sludge samples by cold-vapor atomic absorption speetrophotometry (CVAAS). ( 1 + 1 ) aqua regia was employed as the digestion regent. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the meth- od detection limit was 0. 003 9 mg/kg, the linear range was 0 to 10.0 ~xg/L, the recovery of standard ad- dition was 91.9% to 104.2% , and the relative standard deviation was below 4%. The proposed method was validated by the analysis of certified reference materials and was successfully applied to the determi- nation of total mercury in real samples of sludge with satisfactory results. The method is easy in operation, rapid and has good reproducibility. It can be used as the laboratory routine method to determinate total mercury in sludge samples for environment monitoring.
