依照词典解释，“空间是物质存在的一种客观形式，由长度、宽度、高度表现出柬。”在人文领域，“空闻”还被扩展理解为“场”，指各方面的对应关系，有蓿广泛的文化含义。立体具备三维而占据空间。
The article analyzes the internal relationship and in- teraction between sculpture and space from three levels： real space, virtual space and mental space. The author finally emphasizes that a piece of sculpture is just like a grain of sand in the universe, the material it- self being unimportant, but with thought and behavior of human beings, it gains its temperature and vitality, which gives life to its entity.
