摘要
预焙阳极生阳极体积密度的高低对焙烧后阳极制品的质量有直接影响,本文就生产过程中出现的生阳极体积密度偏低情况进行深入分析,分别从原料、配料、混捏、成型等工序查找原因,并针对具体问题做出有效改进,从实施效果看,提高了生阳极体积密度,改善了阳极的某些性能。
The lower bulk density of green anodes have an effect on the quality of pre - baked anodes. In this paper, situation for the lower bulk density green anodes during green anodes production were analyzed and masons were found from raw materials,preportioning,mixing and forming,etc. The improving measures were given according with specific problem. After practice, the densities and properties of green anodes were improved.
