摘要
目的探讨基于有限元法的止血带压力仿真研究对止血带设计的指导意义。方法将人体上臂软组织近似为弹性体,并对其几何外形、解剖结构作了一定假设,建立上臂软组织、血管的有限元模型,分析止血带压力、宽度、动脉收缩压等因素对动脉血管壁形变的影响。结果与结论动脉血管壁形变与止血带压力呈正相关,最佳的止血带宽度在35 mm左右,动脉收缩压偏高所需的止血带压力略有增加。基于有限元法的止血带压力仿真研究可为止血带设计提供依据。
Objective To discuss the significance of tourniquet pressure simulation study on the finite element method for hemostatic operation.Methods The upper arm tissue was assumed as an elastic body and its geometric shape and anatomical structure were also simplified.According to the above assumption,the finite element model of the upper arm soft tissue and vessels was established and the deformation of the brachial artery was analyzed at different tourniquet pressures,tourniquet widths and systolic pressures.Results and Conclusion The results showed that the deformation of the brachial artery was correlated with the tourniquet pressure and the most suitable tourniquet width was approximately 35 mm.The tourniquet pressure slightly increased with the systolic pressure.The study of tourniquet pressure simulation based on the finite element method can provide data for tourniquet design.
