HPLC法测定妇安消疹洗液中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的含量

Determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Fu'an Xiaozhen Lotions by HPLC

目的:建立测定妇安消疹洗液中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法:采用Inertsil NH_2(250 mn×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80:10:10),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长220nm。结果:苦参碱与氧化苦参碱分别在0.048 9～0.978 0 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)与0.053 5～1.070 0 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.72%与99.49%,RSD分别为1.60%与1.23%。结论:该方法简单,结果准确、可靠,可用于妇安消疹洗液的质量控制。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naatrine and oxymatrine in Fu＇ an Xiaozhen lotions. Method： Inertsil NH2 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitile-absolute alcohol-3% phosphate solution（80： 10： 10）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml .min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 220 nm. Result： The calibration curve of matrine and oxymatrinewere had good linearity within the range of 0. 048 9-0.978 0 nag .ml^-1 （r =0.999 9） and 0.053 5-1. 070 mg · ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recovery was 98.72% （ RSD = 1.60% ） and 99.49% （ RSD = 1.23% ）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable,and it can be used for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Fu＇ an Xiaozhen lotions.
