Content Determination and Comparison of Polysaccharide in 6 Species of Bidens

目的:测定鬼针草属6种药用植物多糖的含量,为鬼针草质量控制和资源开发提供科学依据。方法:以葡萄糖为对照品,采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法测定6种药用植物可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量。结果:6种药用植物多糖含量差异显著,总多糖最高含量是最低含量的4～5倍。结论:测定方法简单、准确、快速。以多糖含量为指标,小花鬼针草和矮狼杷草的质量最优。

Objective： To compare the content of polysaeeharide in 6 species of bidens. Method： Glucose as the standard, the contents of soluble and crude polysaceharide were tested by sulfuric acid-anthrone eolorimetric method. Result： There was significant difference in polysaeeharide content among the 6 species of bidens. Conclusion： The method is reliable and can be used to determine the polysaeeharide. Bidens parviflora Willd and Bidens tripartita L show the optimal quality for the sake of polysaeeharide content.
