摘要
针对车身结构振型的变形特点,提出了基于统计学原理的车身整体一阶扭转和一阶垂直弯曲模态自动识别算法。首先建立车身结构各阶模态变形特征线回归方程,再对各回归方程进行回归分析,通过计算可决系数R2确定目标模态。根据该算法编写了Fortran程序,利用该程序对三款客车车身进行模态自动识别,效果良好,验证了该算法的有效性。
According to the characteristics of the autobody vibration modes, an automated identification algorithm based on statistics was proposed to identify the 1st order global vertical bending mode and the 1st order global twisting mode. The characteristic curve regression equation of each mode was established, and the regression analysis was made by calculating the coefficient of determination R^2 to identify the target mode. A Fortran program was compiled for this algorithm and it was used to the automated identification of body modal analyses of 3 coaches. The results showed that the proposed algorithm is valid and effective.
