补片修补腹壁切口疝147例临床分析

Clinic analysis of 147 cases of abdominal incisional hernia treated with prosthetic meshes

目的 总结人工材料修补腹壁切口疝的治疗经验.方法 回顾性分析我们自2007年2月至2010年12月收治的147腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料.结果 手术时间80～300min,平均（96±48.71）min.治愈出院147例,无伤口感染、血肿及死亡病例.随访3～24个月,复发2例.结论 应用人工合成补片治疗腹壁切口疝是一种安全、有效、复发率低的方法.

Objective To analyze and summarize the experience of repair of abdominal incisional hernia using prosthetic meshes. Methods The data of 147 ineisional hernia patients repaired with prosthetic meshes in our department from Feb. 2007 to Dee. 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation time was 80 -300 min, averaging 96 ± 48.71 min. All eases were cured with no early wound infection or postoperative deaths. There were two recurrences in 3 - 24 months＇follow - up. Conclusion Using prosthetic meshes to treat ineisional hernia is safe and valid.
