纺织服装行业是江苏省的出口创汇大户,了解发达国家的绿色贸易壁垒对江苏省纺织服装行业所带来的影响并采取相应的对策,有效地跨越有关纺织服装行业的绿色贸易壁垒,已成为政府和企业亟待解决的问题。通过分析绿色贸易壁垒的内涵以及对江苏省纺织品服装出口贸易的影响现状,探讨其影响机制及成因,寻找突破绿色贸易壁垒的应对措施,寻求妥善解决贸易纠纷的途径,为推动江苏省纺织服装业今后的发展及其对外贸易等具有极其重要的现实意义。

Textile and clothing industry has been Chinas major foreign exchange industry,but in recent years, green trade barriers focusing on environmental protection, security and sustainable development in international trade make many textile and clothing export enterprises suffer great losses. As a result, it is an urgent issue for government and enterprises to understand the impacts of the green trade barriers which the developed countries brought about to Jiangsu textile and clothing industry and take appropriate measures effectively to come up with the obstacles that green trade barriers brought to the textile and clothing industry. The paper analysizes the conception of green trade harriers as well as the impacts that green trade barriers bring to Jiangsu textile and clothing export and discusses the influence mechanism and the contributing factors, explores countermeasures to break through the green trade harriers , seeks appropriate ways to solving trade disputes probably. These are all of great practical significance to promote jiangsu textile and clothing export.
