针对我国失业人员的失业持续期问题,运用审查回归模型(Censored regression model)对影响失业持续时间因素进行分析。结果显示:男性失业持续时间明显较女性短,教育对一个人再次就业有着明显的促进作用。个人进行人力资本的投资不但能够缩短失业持续时间,而且在当前我国就业形势严峻的局面下,个人受教育年限的多少对于一个人的成功就业也具有重要的意义。对于社会网络、家庭背景等影响劳动力就业的非市场因素,政府创造公平合理的就业竞争机制具有非常重要的作用。
