摘要
轻型光电载荷是挂装无人机或直升机的搜索、探测设备,光电载荷的主要功能是通过光电传感器对目标进行搜索、探测、识别、跟踪,并对它们进行定位,属于被动侦察系统。转塔是轻型光电载荷中的一个重要组成部分,它为光学传感器提供了物理载体,是实现稳定跟踪功能的执行部件。结构设计是在所限定的空间范围内,设计一套结构框架系统来实现功能要求,正确分配机械精度以保证产品的精度;在设计过程中要充分考虑振动、冲击、电磁干扰、腐蚀等机载环境要求。试飞结果表明:轻型光电载荷为地面指挥控制系统提供的探测图像清晰,目标相对于无人机器的位置数据信息准确。
The low weight optoeleetronie payload of unmanned atrial vehicle(UAV) is fixed in UAV or helicopter, it is a search and detect equipmnt. The main function of the optoelectronie payload is to seareh, detect, indentify, track the target and rotate it, it is a passive observation system, The turret is an important part of the low weight optoelectronic payload, it provides electromechanical gimhals assembly for the optics sensors. It is an enforcement part in order to acomplish stability track function. In designing a mechanical frame system to aeomplish requesting function in a limited space, meehenial precision must be correctly allocateed in order to content productions; precisi.n. It,ring the design, Ihe Airborne environment eonditi.n of vibralion, shock, eleetromagnetism confuse, corrosion ect should be considered. The result of flight-testing indicates that the optoeleclronic payload's image download to lhe ground control system is clear, the target's location data relating to UAV is correct.
