乳腺影像报告和数据系统指导触诊阴性乳腺病变钼靶定位的应用价值

Value of stereo-mammography localization in non-palpable breast lesions under breast imaging reporting and data system

目的探讨乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)评估分类指导触诊阴性乳腺病变钼靶二维定位的应用价值。方法 122例临床触诊阴性患者,钼靶X线检查发现微小病灶及微细钙化,并依据BI-RADS评估为3类及4类,均应用钼靶二维术前定位,然后切除病灶进行病理检查。结果 BI-RADS评估3类48例,恶性病变1例,良性病变47例;BI-RADS评估4类74例,恶性病变54例,良性病变20例。在钼靶二维定位指导下,病灶切除完整。结论应用BI-RADS对触诊阴性乳腺病变评估分类为4类的病变,进行钼靶二维定位切除活检,对提高乳腺癌早期诊断具有科学、重要的指导价值。

Objective To explore the value of breast imaging reporting and data system under stereo - mammography localization in non - palpable breast lesions. Methods 122 patients with non ： palpable breast lesions in clinical were inspected in last year. but many tiny foci and clustering calcification were found after mammography, according to breast imaging reporting and data system（ BI -RADS） classifi- cation, patients of 3 category and 4 category operated under stereo - mammography localization. Results According to BI - RADS classifica- tion ,48 cases were categorized as 3,1 case was malignancy and others were benign ;74 cases were categorized as 4,54 cases were malignancyRADS classification, especially patients of 4 category and non - palpable breast lesions can operate under stereo - mammography localization, will enhance diagnostic accordance rate of malignant tumor of breast.
