摘要 目的探讨乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)评估分类指导触诊阴性乳腺病变钼靶二维定位的应用价值。方法 122例临床触诊阴性患者,钼靶X线检查发现微小病灶及微细钙化,并依据BI-RADS评估为3类及4类,均应用钼靶二维术前定位,然后切除病灶进行病理检查。结果 BI-RADS评估3类48例,恶性病变1例,良性病变47例;BI-RADS评估4类74例,恶性病变54例,良性病变20例。在钼靶二维定位指导下,病灶切除完整。结论应用BI-RADS对触诊阴性乳腺病变评估分类为4类的病变,进行钼靶二维定位切除活检,对提高乳腺癌早期诊断具有科学、重要的指导价值。 Objective To explore the value of breast imaging reporting and data system under stereo - mammography localization in non - palpable breast lesions. Methods 122 patients with non : palpable breast lesions in clinical were inspected in last year. but many tiny foci and clustering calcification were found after mammography, according to breast imaging reporting and data system( BI -RADS) classifi- cation, patients of 3 category and 4 category operated under stereo - mammography localization. Results According to BI - RADS classifica- tion ,48 cases were categorized as 3,1 case was malignancy and others were benign ;74 cases were categorized as 4,54 cases were malignancyRADS classification, especially patients of 4 category and non - palpable breast lesions can operate under stereo - mammography localization, will enhance diagnostic accordance rate of malignant tumor of breast.
