5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定尿锰

摘要 用5-Br-PADAP作为锰的灵敏试剂,在所选择的实验条件下,测定了尿锰。对10ml尿样,加入不同量锰0.12~2.50μg,回收率在92.5~110.7%之间,平均回收率为99.5%,结果较为满意。 A spectrophotometric method is established for determination of manganese in urine by the 2-(5- bromo -2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br- PADAP) under a certain experimental condition. Only a urine sample of 10ml can be analyzed after digested by the mixed acids of 5:1 HNo_3: HClO_4. The percentage recovery is 99.5~110.7% for 0.12 ~2.50μg of manganese in a urine sample, the average one is 99.5%. The lowest limit of detec- tion of the method is 0.0036mg/1. The result is comparatively satisfied.
