摘要
目的比较开展优质护理服务工作前后住院患者对护理服务满意度的情况。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取开展优质护理服务工作的10个试点病房的住院患者,采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)调查患者的满意度。结果患者对护理服务整体评价满意度由工作开展前的91.99%上升到开展后的95.94%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=13.165,P〈0.05)。护理服务满意度的各个方面也均有显著性提高。结论优质护理服务工作的开展有效提高了患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To compare the patient satisfaction before and after implemented of high quality nursing service. Methods Convenience sampling method was used and patients before and after the implementation of the activities of quality care in the 10 pilot wards were selected . Newcastle satisfaction with Nursing Scale (NSNS) was used to assess patients' satisfaction. Results The nursing service satisfaction was increased from 91.99% to 95.94% (X^2 = 13. 165 ,P 〈0. 05) ,and other items also were enhanced significantly. Condusions The implementation of the activities of quality care can significantly enhance the patients' satisfaction of nursing care.
