Analysis of the impurities in 2-amino-8-naphthol-6-sulfonic acid by External Reference Method of HPLC

摘要采用高效液相色谱法对2-氨基-8-萘酚-6-磺酸及其有机杂质进行分离，峰面积外标法进行定量分析。通过优化流动相的组成确定了样品分离条件，利用在线扫描确定了检测波长。使用甲醇和四丁基溴化胺溶液混合作为流动相，在检测器波长240nm处进行测定。

The separation of 2-amino-8-naphthol-6-sulfonic acid from impurites, and quantitative analysis by Extemal Reference Method of HPLC. Found the separate condition of sample by optimize the mobile phase, confirm the detection wavelengh by online scan. Use the methanl and tetrabutylammonium bromide solution as the mobile phase, ultraviolet detection wavelength at 240nm.
