脑出血后胰岛素样生长因子-1表达与中风闭、脱证关系的研究

Study on relationship among expression of IGF1 in perihematomal brain region,excessive and depletion syndrome of stroke after cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的观察脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)患者血肿周围脑组织中胰岛素样生长因子.1(IGF.1)的表达与中风闭、脱证的关系。方法28例脑出血患者根据辨证分为3组:阴闭组、阳闭组、脱证组,另选6例非正常死亡者3h内获取的正常脑组织标本,采用免疫印迹法检测血肿边缘区IGF.1的表达,研究IGF.1的表达与中医闭、脱证的关系。结果ICH患者血肿周围脑组织中IGF.1表达明显高于正常对照组(P=0.00),阳闭、阴闭、脱证三组之间血肿周围组织IGF-1表达[分别为(0.696±0.111)、(1.151±0.185)、(1.697±0.108)]两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论脑出血后脑组织中IGF.1表达量的高低可反映病情轻重。 Objective To observe the expression of IGF-1 in the perihematomal brain region of Intracerebral Hemorrhage(ICH) patients, and to investigate the relationship among IGF-1, excessive and depletion syndrome of stroke. Methods 28 patients were evenly and randomIy recruuted into 3groups: Yin excessive group, Yang excessive group and depletion group. Additional 6 persons of normal death within 3 hours were taken their brain tissue. The IGF-1 expression was detected with Western blotting method.The correlation among the expression of IGF-1, excessive and depletion syndromes were observed. Results The expression of IGF-1 in the pcrihematomal brain region of ICH patients significantly increased in comparison with the normal control group (P=0.00). The expression of IGF-1 was significantly different among Yang excessive, Yin excessive and the depletion syndromes [ (0.696±0.111), (1.151±0.185), (1.697±0.108), P〈0.01], with the expression of IGF- 1 of depletion syndrome ranked the highest, followed by Yin excessive and Yang excessive syndrome. Conclusion The expression of IGF-1 could reflect the degree of brain impairment.
