住院精神疾病患者精神药物使用情况时点调查

Timepoint survey of psychotropic drug's use in inpatients with mental disorders

目的了解住院精神疾病患者精神药物的使用情况。方法采用一日法对笔者所在医院精神疾病患者精神药物使用情况进行调查。结果 (1)联合用药情况多见;(2)居用药频度前三位的是氯氮平、利培酮、喹硫平;(3)碳酸锂使用频度居心境稳定剂首位;(4)新型抗抑郁剂逐渐取代三环类抗抑郁剂;(5)抗焦虑药和镇静催眠药的使用常见。结论精神药物使用新型化,但联合用药比例过高,应针对病情合理用药。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of psychotropic drugs among inpatients with mental disorders. Methods Use one day time point to investigate the prescription of inpatients in our hospital. Results （ 1 ） Combined drug therapy was common; （2） The first three prescriptions used most were clozapine, risperidone, quetiapine; （ 3 ） Lithium carbonate using frequency in mood stabilizers was first ; （4） The tricyclic antidepressants gradually is replaced by new antidepressants;（5 ）The usage of anti -anxiety and sedative hypnotic drugs was significantly in- creased. Conclusion The use of psychotropic drugs is new type,but the combined ratio is too high,should be rational use of drugs for the disease.
