胎儿肝脏中有机氯农药含量检测

摘要 本文报告了用GC—ECD法对103例引产胎儿肝脏中有机氯农药(DDT和BHC)的检测结果:DDT检出范围是2.3~264.1ppb,均值为55.0±5.3ppb;pp^1—DDT的代谢物pp^1—DDE和pp^1—DDD分别占DDT含量的46.2%和34.6%,而pp^1—DDT仅占9.9%。在肝脏样品中均检出了BHC,其范围是2.3~129.4ppb,均值是34.4±3.4ppb;α—BHC和β—BHC分别占BHC的19.3%和72.8%,而γ—BHC仅占7.1%。胎儿肝脏中DDT和BHC含量与胎儿的月龄、性别、体重、母亲年龄及其居住地区无显著性相关;并观察到胎儿肝脏已有代谢DDT和BHC的作用。 The content of organochlorinated pesticides (DDT and BHC)were analyzed by GC-ECD on 103 fetal liver organs in 1984—1985. The results as follows: The range of concentration for DDT in fetal liver was 2.3—264.1 ppb, the mean was 55.0±5.3ppb. Among DDT, the ratio for pp'-DDE, pp'-DDD and pp'-DDT were 46.2%, 34.6% and 9.9%, respectively. The range of BHC measured in liver was 2.3—129.4ppb, and the mean was 34.4±3.4ppp. Among BHC, the ratios for α-BHC, β-BHC and γ-BHC were 19.4%, 72.8% and 7.1%, respectively. Our results showed that there was not definite associations between the content of DDT and BHC and the foetal age, sex, weight, mather's age and resident area in the liver organ.
