摘要
船舶气囊下水技术是由我国首创、具有完全自主知识产权的一项创新技术,目前已在全世界得到了的推广应用。制定国际标准的话语权实际上代表了一个国家在这项技术方面的地位,国际标准ISO14409:2011 Ships and marine technology—Ship launching air bags(船舶与海洋技术船舶下水用气囊)的颁布实施,对发展我国船用气囊的生产和提高产品质量、以求更好地走向世界有切实的指导意义。
The technology for ship launching by air bags is developed independently and its property right is completely owned by China, it is widely applied in the world. The publishment and implementation of ISO 14409：2011 ships and marine technology-ship launching air bags is of significance to improve the qualily of ship launching air bags.
