Design thought and technology of the implementation of Office Automation base on Lotous Domino/Notes is addressed, with emphasis mainly on realization of roles mapping and authorization control. Streamlines of regular reception and distribution of official documents are developed in the system. The software is widely compatible and its correctness and applicability are verified by a long time running.
