本文报告一株新型侵袭性大肠杆菌O_(144):H^-的分离与鉴定。该菌株虽不发酵卫矛醇而致病力很强,说明该项试验并不是判断致病力强弱的唯一标准。鸟氨酸脱羧酸和鼠李糖这二项生化反应对EIEC O_(144):H^-血清型也不具有特异性。该菌的检出证实可以形成健康带菌。

This paper reports that the isolation and iden- tification on a new strain of the Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli O_(144):H^-. The pathogenicity of the strain is vary strong althouyh this strain doesn't ferment dulcite. The result shows that the test isn't the only criterion Which we are used to de- termine that the pathogenicity of this strain is str- ong or not. The paper also presents that two bio- chemical reactions, Such as Ornithine decorboxylase and isodulicite have no specificness to EIEC O_(144): H^- serotype The fineling of the strain indicated that the new strain Can be Carried by the healthy
