摘要
该标准系列共包括四类互相联系和配套使用的化妆品标准:(1)化妆品卫生标准(GB7916-87);(2)化妆品卫生化学标准检验方法(GB7917-87);(3)化妆品微生物标准检验方法(GB7918-87);(4)化妆品安全性评价程序和方法(GB7919-87)。在制订标准过程中,调查了全国化妆品生产和产品质量现状,研究和验证了化妆品中有害物质含量和细菌学质量的检验和安全性评价方法。本标准是首次在我国制订的化妆品卫生管理法规,为确保化妆品质量提供了法规依据。
The set of hygienic standards for cosmetics consists of 4 standards: (1) Hygienic standards for cosmetics; (2) Standard methods of hygienic test for cosmetics; (3) Standard methods of microbiol- ogical examination for cosmetics; (4) Procedures and methods for safety evaluation of cosmetics. For this work, the current status of manufacture and quality of cosmetics, was investigated. The exami- nation methods on toxic substances, test for micr- obiological parameters and toxicological evaluation were studied. This is the first time to set the hy- gienic standards in China. It is the legislation bases for control of cosmetics quality.
